Sony annonce pour le 27 octobre 2015, le film Pixels en édition DVD et Blu-ray de Chris Columbus avec Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage et Josh Gad.
Des pistes sonores anglaise et français seront disponibles.
Cooper et Brenner sont amis depuis l'enfance. L'un est devenu Président des États-Unis et l'autre, un technicien. Quand le monde est attaqué par des personnages de jeux vidéo envoyés par des extraterrestres qui ont pris une vidéo dans laquelle les humains présentaient leurs divertissements comme une menace de guerre, Cooper se retourne vers Brenner afin que ce dernier aide l'armée à faire face à la menace. Comme il a un jour été un champion de jeux d'arcade, il doit enseigner aux militaires comment vaincre les différents personnages. Aidés par la Lieutenant Colonel Violet Van Patten, Brenner et ses amis joindront leurs forces afin de sauver la planète Terre.

Synopsis:
When aliens misinterpret video-feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war against them, they attack the Earth using games like PAC-MAN ™, Donkey Kong™, Galaga™, Centipede® and Space Invaders™ as models for their various assaults.
President Will Cooper (Kevin James) has to call on his childhood best friend, ’80s video game champion Sam Brenner (Adam Sandler) to lead a team of
old-school arcaders (Peter Dinklage and Josh Gad) to defeat the aliens and save the planet.
Based on the short film by Patrick Jean and screen story by Tim Herlihy with a screenplay by Tim Herlihy and Timothy Dowling, PIXELS is directed by Chris Columbus. The film is produced by Adam Sandler, Chris Columbus, Mark Radcliffe and Allen Covert; with
