20th Century annonce pour le 16 décembre 2014, le film The Maze Runner (L'épreuve : Le labyrinthe) en édition DVD et Blu-ray. Le film de Wes Ball met en vedette Dylan O'Brien, Aml Ameen, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Will Poulter, Blake Cooper et Kaya Scodelario.

Quand il se réveille dans un mystérieux ascenseur, Thomas a tout oublié de son passé. Jeté dans un enclos fermé en compagnie d'une soixantaine d'autres jeunes garçons, il doit apprendre un nouveau mode de vie et de nouvelles règles. Chaque soir, la porte menant à un labyrinthe autour du complexe se ferme, et ceux qui n'ont pas pu revenir à temps sont livrés aux Griffeurs, des créatures dangereuses qui rôdent la nuit venue. Les Coureurs ont la tâche d'explorer le labyrinthe afin d'en trouver la sortie, et Thomas décide de se joindre à eux. Grâce à lui, les prisonniers pourraient bien trouver une façon de s'échapper.
